2023- Mentor-Mentee Session

After a very long time, I went to mentor-mentee session again. I was happy to see a lot of new faces in our group but it felt a little uncomfortable meeting for the first time. I didn't expect our mentor would let us share the goal of our life but that sharing was quite interesting and every one of us had a different goal. I wasn't able to fully express what I actually thought inside and realized the importance and the power of language. I was the only social worker among the teachers and counselors. The one-hour session ended with just a casual talk and introduction ourselves.
